1. Drive Performance with Effective Goals
Use SMART goals and OKRs for your goals cycles to improve company-wide performance. Position your employees to be successful using key results that are specific and measurable – yet enabling them to stretch and learn.
You are building a performance culture for the long-term success of your company. Remember to review results monthly or quarterly. Your competitors will not wait for you 😊
2. You Can’t Manage What You Can’t Measure
Creating goals is part of the process. You need to track and measure goal results for failures and success rates to increase and sustain long-term benefits in profits, customer retention, and employee engagement. Data can help you see trends, celebrate success, and pro-actively identify problems and issues before they become a disaster.
You are the leading the change for both your company and your employees. As the champion for this strategic change, you need to rally everyone and keep stakeholders aligned. Leverage best practices to stay aligned and get feedback, including employee surveys to know what needs to improve and employee recognition to celebrate success and encourage adoption.
